Meet the Team
Dr. David Dow
Dr. David grew up in Owatonna, the second of five kids to George & Jenelle Dow. After graduating from Gustavus Adolphus College he moved to southern California to “live the dream”. Soon after, he met and married his wife Lezli and they had their son Justyn. Together they realized that life in California was too far from family and they moved to Minneapolis. In 1994 Dr. David hit a crossroad. He felt called to work in a field related to health and wellness which led him to pursue his doctorate of chiropractic. He graduated in 2000, bought Dr. Falk’s practice and moved his family “home”.
He went on to become a certified sports practitioner in 2006 with additional credentialing in rehabilitative therapy and exercise in 2009. He is also certified as a therapeutic lifestyle coach. In his free time you will often find Dr. David playing a bass guitar. He is active in several musical groups through his church, as well as various fund raisers. He has also been a “big” for Big Brothers Big Sisters for many years and currently serves as board President for the Steele County Food Shelf.
Lezli Dow
Lezli was raised in the US Virgin Islands and all these years later still cannot believe she lives through Minnesota winters. Lezli quit her previous career in sales to join Dr. David at the clinic so they can run an office with a “mom & pop shop” feel. Her primary responsibilities include office management, dealing with the fun world of insurance, and patient therapy and education. She attends many of the health and nutrition seminars with the doctor. This expands her ability to assist patients in the many questions that surround nutrition and supplementation.
In 2006 she became certified as a therapeutic lifestyle coach and loves to work one on one with patients looking to improve their health through lifestyle changes.
Lezli is an avid reader , loves jumping on her mini trampoline, helping people decorate and listening to live music. Cribbage, puzzles and talking to her family are other favorite hobbies. She is currently on the board for Big Brothers Big Sisters.
